Lupo or A2 3L transmission failure fix More infoCar stalled on motorway and did not move forward as it lost all power. Stop and start it will move again little. In tiptronic mode car continued to work on first and second gear only. Try to put third and it lost its power. Fault codes were: 00263 - transmission 27-10 implausible signal - intermitted 00789- backup switch (F41) 27-10 implausible signal - intermitted 00297 - gearbox speed sensor (38) 03-10 no signal - intermitted This is pretty common fault and its easy to fix before it brakes on the road. Part can be replaced from over the engine. |
