I could not start the engine of my A6 this morning, it gave up suddenly. Everything was normally until yesterday. I have no idea what could be the problem. Pls anybody help me!

hasky: ....how about the timing belt??...last change? Usually if it "hops"a notch or two...it will be when you shut it down.

Fuel pump?...Relay?....could real a BIG variety.

May just have to just "bite the bullet"...and have it towed to the closest Audi dealer.

Computer will probably catch the problem immediately........now you know WHY they have made cars SO electonic !

So we cant fix them in our own shops !

Let me know what the prob was ...ok?
