Not every user post is checked by the website operator, the operator reserves the right to change, move or delete a post if it is not in accordance with generally accepted morality or law or if it is in contradiction with any paragraph in these rules.

The Audi club website does not collect any type of personal data which users themselves do not provide voluntarily (i.e. when registering with the club, by inserting posts into the discussion forum, etc.). The Renault club will not provide any data about users to any third party in any case.

The site operator declares that it will employ all possible, i.e., known at that time, measures to secure the data against unauthorized access by third parties.

Commitment of users

Club rules

The following club rules apply to the public presentation of individual members in the club forum and chat, but also in other parts of the site including non-public, such as private messages (internal club-mail) and others.

  • In the common interest do not bring your personal problems or bad moods to the site..
  • Each user must take notice of section administrators and respect their messages and regulations. The word and decisions of the administrators are final and other members are obliged to respect them fully without unnecessary discussions.
  • Membership of this website is entirely voluntary and does not involve any obligation for users other than to be well mannered and respect the views of other users. If a user breaches the rules he/she can be excluded immediately without providing a reason and his/her account will be blocked.
  • Racist posts, intimidation, slandering members, profanities and insults, as well as spamming will result in exclusion from the club and blocking of the account.
  • Any type of slanderous or unsubstantiated accusations and attacks on section administrators, moderators, the website operator and users will be considered as a gross breach of club rules and will result in the guilty party being excluded and having their account blocked.
  • It is prohibited the use jokes and posts that contain any elements of discrimination and pornography. In any case it is not allowed to display any pornographic materials or to link to these pages. If this will be violated, it will cause your exclusion from the club.
  • If you create a new topic in the forum, it is necessary to consider its forum placement so the content of the topic is as closely related to your chosen section as possible. If your topic is improperly placed, the moderator will move it without giving any notice. Creating duplicate topics (one topic in more categories) is not allowed. Make sure to check if such topic already exists. Such topics can be locked without any prior notice with reference to the original topic or removed. Please keep to the subject of the topic, do not speak off-topic or about something completely different.
  • When you decide to post an inquiry, read it thoroughly to make sure you have properly formulated it and that it is easy for others to understand.
  • If you ask a question about your vehicle but you do not have the VIN code in your profile or in your question, you cannot be given a relevant answer.
  • Write a short title (Heading). If it is regarding a vehicle - you should start with the vehicle model name and also briefly specify the content of the post.
  • If possible specify your question in the actual topic (title) of your message! Messages like "HELP" or "PLEASE ADVISE ME" will probably not interest anyone as no one usually even bothers to look at such meaningless messages. A well-named topic title is particularly good for reverse lookup.
  • Do not use any highlighting of topic subjects or posts. Unreasonable use of capital letters (CapsLock switched on), use of multiple question marks, exclamation marks, or other special characters, as well as vague off-topic posts in topics will be edited or deleted.
  • It is not permitted for one user to write several posts one under another (so called double post). A post can be updated and if you forgot to mention something you can add it to your post. A moderator can merge several posts one under another from one user into one post or delete them completely. Posts which contain only emoticons or merely an "interjection expressed in writing" will be deleted in order to maintain the quality of content.
  • It is not permitted to misuse one’s personal profile for any kind of personal attacks on others.
  • It is not permitted to use the space reserved for photos of your car for uploading any other unrelated pictures.
  • Misuse of a personal profile for any form of advertising is PROHIBITED. Classified ads belong in the CLASSIFIEDS section and not in forum posts. Any such posts will be deleted immediately.
  • Commercial advertising is not free of charge. Its publication without the prior agreement of the webmaster may be deemed a reason to delete the profile.   • Answers to questions on this forum are voluntary, and therefore no one is obliged to respond to them. It is not a good idea to try to force people to respond, because in such a case you will probably not get any answers at all.
  • If you believe our club rules are too strict for you and you are unable to accept them, we ask you not to use our website.
  • These rules are binding for anyone who visits or uses this site. We do not accept the excuse of someone saying they are "stupid" and therefore the rules do not apply to them or that they did not understand them.
  • The e-mail addresses of administrators, as well as their phones, messengers and internal club mail (private messages) are not to be used for consultations or as a private helpdesk; administrators are not obliged to answer any questions asked on them. There is a forum or advisory for such questions.
  • Do not put your e-mail or phone number on the Forum or Advisory (you will not be able to delete them later). You should send them only by a private message (internal mail).
  • It is forbidden to create multiple user profiles. Each user may have only one profile on the site.
  • It is forbidden for users to provide untrue information on their profiles or to upload other people's photos and publish them as their own.
  • It is prohibited to upload photos or images containing watermark to the web. Especially those that contain a web address, email, telephone, etc.

We reserve the right to delete inappropriate comments. Although there is freedom of speech, there are certain things which we do not tolerate on the site. These things include links to various games and competitions, insults, shouts like Fake! or The first!. Such behaviour can be punished with a range of penalties such as being banned from contributing comments or being permanently excluded. Keep in mind that your IP may be shared by many people and your unsuitable actions may result in you becoming an object of contempt to those around you. Take some responsibility for what you post here. The internet is not totally anonymous.

The rules of writing on a board

  • The maximum length of a text written on the board is 60 characters.
  • Text messages must not contain links to other websites or any encouragement to visit other sites.
  • Text messages must not contain e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
  • Text messages must not be in conflict with applicable law and must not contain any vulgar expressions. They must not contain any text that is in conflict with the legitimate interests of the website operator.
  • Text messages must not contain criticism, evaluation or personal attacks aimed at other users.
  • Generally throughout the site there is a strict commercial advertising ban in place for all users (see https://en.audiclub.eu/partners). Companies registered as Partners are exempt from this rule, however at a reasonable extent.
  • A text message can be click-thru to the specified URL of the link. It may link to any page on this site - for example, an advertising promotion, partner meeting, article, etc. It is forbidden to insert a link leading to an external website.
  • The text on the board is displayed immediately after activation through payment via Premium SMS or credit card.
  • The 10 most recently written texts are always displayed on the board - they rotate at 4 second intervals.
  • The text is displayed until it is overwritten by a newer one.
  • The website operator does not guarantee the period for which the text is displayed on the board.
  • It is forbidden to write texts in capital letters, unless this is required by spelling rules.
  • Any message on the board can be deleted by the administrator even without giving a reason.

Rules changes

The site operator is authorized to amend the wording of the rules any time. The changed rules will become valid and effective immediately upon their posting on this website. These changes will be incorporated in the text and published in the form of the full text of the rules. It is in the interest of the user to continuously monitor the amended rules.

Users are bound to regularly familiarize themselves with changes of the rules. If a user continues to use the website after any such changes carried out by the site operator, it is considered that he/she unconditionally agrees with the changes to the rules.
