ARworks prepared the mostly Augmented Reality Audi Q3 SG application for Singaporean Audi importeur, which was used as a key element of the launch communication of this new model. The app presents the new car in 3 different AR views and the registration for the test drive and details of the launch event is also part of the solution, which can be downloaded freely from the App Store or Google Play App market. After launching the app, the user has to choose one item from the four appearing in the nicely designed main menu. With the first button, Audi fans can choose the external, 3D view of the car - if the print marker is available, the Q3 appears on it and the user can freely zoom in and zoom out or rotate the marker image (or his device) and enjoy each and every part of the car from any direction and distance. If the marker image is missing, the car will appear in an artificial surrounding - and the zoom in and rotation can be made with the usual gestures. In both cases, the all of the available colors of the car can be selected and checked on the screen - along with the rims, the potential buyer can choose from. To make this special AR experience full, the lights of the car can be turned on as well. Besides the external view, an internal AR view can be selected from the main menu, so anyone, thinking about buying this car, can have an extraordinary walk around inside the Q3.
