Haldex oil change guide for Mk1 Audi TT, Mk4 Golf R32 and 4motion

This is a video to show you the tricky process of refilling a Haldex coupling with oil. Once the oil has drained out, the oil is replenished using a cartridge gun. The tricky bit is that the drain plug needs to be refitted as the new oil is trying to get out. If you are quick, as I was luckily here, then oil loss will be minimal but if you lose too much, then a new cartridge will be required.This process was changed on the Mk2 TT and Mk5 Golf based cars as oil was refilled using a filler hole on the side of the Haldex unit.
